Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, Inc. has been in business since 1972, founded by Craig Johansen and Howard Tuttle with the goal of providing civil engineering to clients in rural and urban Utah.  The firm has grown over the last 40 years and employs a staff of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors,and Certified Materials Testers.

J&T offers project planning, funding  application & acquisition, permitting, rights-of-way acquisition, project design, surveys, construction inspection, materials testing, and contract administration.  We take pride in working with clients to complete projects within specifications, on budget, and on time.

The firm's on-site inspections ensure adherence to design specifications.  J&T offers lab services that provide certified technicians to test materials for the project. The firm is UDOT certified for 1) pre-construction engineering, 2) construction engineering, 3) surveying and 4) material testing.
