As part of the Adobe Dam Project Monument Surveys were provided by J&T. The scope included, cost analysis, permitting, funding, easements, surveys, materials testing, soils analysis, environmental study, monitoring, permitting, costs and budgets, procuring funding. It also included pumps, electrical, pump and equipment building. Monitoring of the Adobe Wash Dam and Reservoir was required by Dam Safety. Construction contract amounting to approximately $4,500,000. A cultural resource inventory of the Adobe Wash Reservoir and Access Route was prepared under contract with Johansen & Tuttle Engineering by Montgomery Archaeological Consultants prior to work on the Adobe Wash Reservoir. NEPA was approved by the BLM and agencies generally involved or impacted by public lands management
