J&T often works with architect-lead teams on building projects. Led by Method Studio, this project replaced the Music Building and Student Activities Center with a new classroom building connected to the historic Geary Theater. This project consisted of 45,000 gsf of new construction and 35,000 gsf of remodeled construction with a construction budget of $15,000,000. J&T was responsible for the site grading, drainage and utility design. This project achieved LEED silver and won many awards for innovative design.
