The project constructed a new culinary water treatment plant serving Ferron City and Clawson Town in Emery County. The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is fed from Ferron Reservoir and is currently operating an existing outdated treatment plant. J&T was responsible for permitting, inspections from the building inspector coordination in bringing together various contractors to pipe to the water source, provide the correct electrical power generators and breaker boxes required for the various equipment installed in the building.
