Very often, the biggest hurdle to overcome is the ability to fund the project. Over the past 40 years, J&T has procured funding in the way of grant and loan money from private sources, state and federal agencies, and legislative sources. A majority of the public projects that are completed each year are partially or fully funded by an outside sources.

The first step in funding a project is to understand the project costs. J&T will help each client to evaluate the feasibility for the project from initial planning to project completion. This will help determine the best options for funding sources.
