J&T offers experience in all aspects of surveying and GPS mapping. This includes alignments, horizontal and vertical control, level surveys, cross sectioning, topographical surveys, property description searches, construction staking, structure layout, right-of-way location, surveying section corner searches, survey title work and easement descriptions.

Our surveying services meet the latest requirements of the Mapping and Photogrammetry Guidelines. J&T technicians are proficient with mapping programs such as TGO, Eagle Point Systems, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Arc-View GPS.

Right-of-Way

J&T’s staff is competent in surveying for right-of-way engineering. Their professional Land Surveyors develop, check, review and certify documents pertaining to survey descriptions, ownership, and boundary lines. They are able to prepare right-of-way plans required for any type of project.
