J&T offers a full-service lab facility with certified technicians. Personnel are certified in the following procedures: ACI Level I (Concrete), AsTT Asphalt, EbTT/DTT Embankment Density, Sampling, LbTT Laboratory, AgTT Aggregate, ACI Level II (Inspection of Concrete), and is Troxler Nuclear Gauge Certified.

Materials lab personnel certified by AMRL, CCRL, AASHTO, and UDOT.
